In case the Preliminary Contract has canceled the difference in money equivalent is not compensated and money is not refunded to the Presenter.

When the Cardholder refuses to use the Service or when, for reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider, the Service Provider returns the payment (part of the payment) made with the Gift Card to the Cardholder as a new Gift Card of the same value which was used to pay for the Services provided that there are no penalties specified in the contract for tourist services concluded between the Service Provider and the Cardholder, at the moment of refusal of the Service. In case these penalties are applied, the new Gift Card is issued with the denomination less the number of penalties.
